This product ensures that a customer's demands are addressed by providing prompt, responsive, and enthusiastic service, and unlike any other platform, this one is unique for Link, SMS invites, and video conferencing when you need technical support for it allows you to click on the link directly without redirecting to another website, send a meeting invites anytime, and it also provides a great quality of videos or images, you can even share your screen to accommodate your concern on one end.
Positive: Blitzz is very convenient and easy to use. It is a lifesaver for us with the wide aspects of features that allows us to remotely and efficiently fix technical problems.
Negative: I don’t find any problems using Blitzz. It has the best feature I could ever experience and I am satisfied with it. Blitzz does not require any downloads on your computer or mobile device and is easily the most beautifully designed video support software. I like the Markup and annotation feature, which allows me to capture photos and markup notes during a call with location and timestamp.

Summary: Overall, It’s an amazing product for a non-technical person like me, who can see through her own equipment via Blitzz; I am really thankful to the team behind it. As a researcher I have to use laptop, printers and other appliances frequently. Blitzz have made my life super easy because I can see through the technical faults of my appliances by just ‘dial in’ from my cell phone. Its user-friendly interface, easy access on browser, 24/7 live session availability and high quality videos are best features. I would prefer to use this product again for any technical issue in future.
Positive: Blitzz is comparatively easy to use software, no need to wait longer for App searching and downloading and provides best image and video quality. One having better internet connection can simply use blitz in any part of house for any detailed inspection. The most likely feature is its compatibility with android and laptops. Other softwares have too many complicated features which make them difficult to use for new user while Blitzz has nothing extra to create any confusion for end users. The customer support platform is very collaborative and actually interested in providing any type of technical support and well accommodating.
Negative: If you have poor network then the session interrupts again and again and makes virtual inspection difficult. Volume problem at initial stage of session is another problem, user has to stop or restart session again for better hearing. It can also be a challenge to train people get adapted to this kind of technology.

Beautiful and easy to use for video support App Date: Feb 15 2022
Summary: What makes Blitzz perfect for us is that we're able to send a link to a customer for tech support, and they're able to instantly jump on a video call without having to download or install anything. As our customers are not always tech savvy, not educating them on a new tool allows us to meet them on their level, increasing our likelihood of helping them resolve their issues.
Positive: I love that I can send a link over SMS/WhatsApp and tell someone to open it in Chrome and just know that it will work. I have had almost no issues with the service in the several years that I have used it. My clients have found it easy to connect, and the screen share has been vital to my remote business.
Negative: To be honest nothing! I think they should do a little more marketing, people don't know about them much! Except that all looks good and okay for me!
