    Summary: Terrible. horrible. crummy. lazy. fintech at its worst attempt to pretend to solve a problem, call it crashtech.
    Run from this company. The boss has lost his touch.

    Positive: Cheap, sounds good, doesn't work. Easy to hack. Easy to fake. Adds no security and no verification of real identity.

    Negative: There is zero accountability. Zero customer service. If you take a class with one provider then change employer you CANNOT reset your password. Bio-sig holds the account hostage. Password reset flows to old employer which of course is useless.
    The app is difficult to draw numbers the same on a mouse every time. The app does not account for fraud if someone else registers and they take the class which was a massive problem in 2021. Lazy people hire their children or buddy to take the class. The login doesn't identify the real person.

    Hi Juan, We certainly do have human support. Unfortunately we can not locate any request for help from your account. You most certainly can reset your password if you join a different company. If you need help completing this please visit the NMLS support site. They can hold your hand through the process if you are unable to match your name and NMLS-ID to your record for updating your email address. Here is their website. They will be your POC for all support. https://mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org/profreq/education/sitepages/BioSig-ID-Help.aspx Not only can we positively identify legitimate user, but we do so with 99.78% accuracy. Independent testing was completed by the Tolly Research group, also showed that we exceed the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards by 300%.
