Summary: Absolutely brilliant! Having used the MIRACL system for over a year, we would not be without it - anything else would be a backward step. We have never had to request support since set-up, so our rating for that is hypothetical.

Positive: The username and password scenario used to cause frequent problems and waste our time, often confuse our users, and was also a security worry to us as SaaS providers. MIRACL changed all that - users easily remember their short PIN and don't even have to hit 'Enter' - they're straight in.
As for security, the extremely clever 'behind the scenes' cryptographic system means that a bad actor would not only need to know someone's PIN, but also go off with their device. No chance of getting in from another computer!

Negative: Very little! We did have to use some external expertise to integrate MIRACL into our system initially, but that's history.
Also, if a user accesses our system through other than their default browser, if they clear the browser cache and need to register their device again (a very easy process), they must do so in the same browser - obvious, but not to everyone.

Summary: I know it's about privacy, if it can use infographics to explain, that might help a little.

Positive: It's very simple to set up and to easy explain how to use it. not a problem for the first-time user.

Negative: Review Guidelines has too much reading will discourage this survey. I know it's necessary.

Summary: Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, we were very pleased with the service provided by Miracl and would use them again.

Positive: The team at Miracl were highly responsive to our needs. They de-mystified the technical aspect and delivered a great solution.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like from the service provided.

Summary: This is the best login experience for the user that uses this service on a daily basis.

Positive: Simplicity in that only a 4 digit PIN is required (no password), speed as in it only takes 1-2 seconds & security which provides a highly secure MFA solution.

Negative: There are no cons.

Summary: Overall, I would definitely use Miracl for future projects. The Miracl team is awesome... they actually care about the success of our application.

Positive: Excellent Service, very capable engineers, ease of implementation. The product simply works. We have had no real issues.

Negative: Not much, possibly a clear document pointed to clients about needing to register each device. We devised our own and it works.

Summary: Super simple, no faffing around with creating complex passwords that ultimately become lost or forgotten causing annoying reset processes. The PIN access couldn't be easier to access our secure data in seconds.

Positive: MIRACL so seamless when logging in, I barely notice it. There have never been any glitches or login failures, so far so good!

Negative: Has been a bit of a culture shock for some team members as they're used to the trope of more steps equals more security. However this is not the case with MIRACL - it seemingly has only one step and you're in, which some people seem to struggle to get their heads around.

Summary: It's really easy to log in - I don't have to remember a password (a 4 digit PIN is so simple) and it's reassuring to know that it is multi-factor authentication but actually in practical terms, it only needs one step to activate which is perfect.

Positive: It makes it really easy to login every time. No password is needed, just a 4-digit PIN. Only takes one step yet is a multi-factor authentication.

Negative: There is nothing wrong with the technology, but because it's a new approach getting the wider team to come on board with a new login took a bit of time.

Summary: I put why didn't anyone think of this until now because that is how it feels. Our devices have now become so personal to us so why aren't our user accounts protected by making them only accessible by our registered devices? This is what MIRACL enables. It simultaneously transforms the security (zero account takeovers due to phishing-resistant MFA) and makes the UX a lot easier (big traffic improvement).

Like all the best inventions, it feels so intuitively obvious and easy when you use it, you wonder how it took so long to be invented.

Positive: - A user experience that brought more smiles in our consumer testing guinea pigs than anything else BY FAR
- Works for any user regardless of their IT skills
- No issue with device compatibility (a real diversity of devices in our use-case)
- Zero maintenance so good for cost, resource and security
- Support was responsive and comprehensive

Negative: The website could have better demos of how the solution works. I say that because the reaction among some of our team was so amazed they were looking for a catch - it took them a while to conclude there wasn't one.
- The options to change the design could be better
- The spelling! An ex-colleague told me to take a look for miracle...

Summary: We now have better log in experiences, built-in MFA and a platform to build on. If anyone wants free advice or shoot the breeze about MIRACL, reach out.

Positive: We love MIRACL. We have MFA, and a much better customer experience with virtually zero overhead for everyone. We are using it for over a year and are increasing our use on more and more customers systems.

Negative: Biggest challenge we had was conceptual understanding, but that was really our issue.

Summary: Great support team, affordable pricing, includes MFA, provides additional level of security by managing part of cryptomaterial on MIRACL infrastructures. Very convenient for mobile solutions.

Positive: Removes need to remember complicated lengthy passwords yet providing same or better protection when use traditional password solutions.
Great solution for mobile users and includes MFA.

Negative: I can't think of any significant cons. MIRACL need to ensure resilient infrastructure. However, the same is true for any other solution when verification of identity and/or claims is performed.

Summary: Miracl's MFA is a game changer, why everyone isn't using this for verification is beyond me. From a simple integration process, straight forward user experience and inexpensive solution offerings, the product is simply brilliant.

Positive: The team, the experience and the product is so simple. On top of that creating a secure, quality system with great support and easy integration, what's not to like.

Negative: From a user and administrative point of view my only problem is why everyone isn't using it. For ease, efficiency and user experience the fact current MFA still exists baffles me.

Summary: The first time we looked at MIRACL, we found it hard to believe everyone wasn't using it and for that reason thought it might be too good to be true.

The digital signing was unexpected and invaluable to create an irrefutable proof of action.

They offered assistance to set up a proof of concept and we quickly got past the scepticism. Now it's hard to be believe with lived without it. We're never going back to SMS passcodes!

Positive: The product! Quick and easy MFA via any browser.
Easy integration with a team that's willing to engage with our requirements.
Ability to meet PSD2 requirements for SCA and Dynamic Linking (using digital signing)
Easy deployment and compatible with all browsers.
Even operating in virtualised environments.

Negative: SaaS service taking some in house resources to integrate.
Simple MFA with no IAM bells and whistles (also a good point!)
Too inexpensive and almost embarrassed at how little we are paying MIRACL.
As with many companies more documentation would be helpful but the team addressed any shortfalls there.

Summary: Having come from a UK government project, where multiple layers of security were included all at once, my objective was to review MIRACL and understand if it was a simpler and better system than using passwords, OKTA, MFA and the like.
To cut a long story short I was converted, and convinced that there was no loss of security or increase of risk, so from a security perspective I wouldn't be compromising anything... possibly enhancing it.
As for everything else - the UX, the ease of integration, the pricing and the reliability... it is the revolution we need in this area.

Positive: The level of ease of use is phenomenal, it's a paradigm shift. And super secure.
Compared to using passwords and other MFA such as OTP and SMS, the quality of the customer experience has no equal. Once you get the gist of it - that passwords are just not secure and all the other MFA stuff is to back up that weak system, you quickly begin to understand what a fantastic service MIRACL is.

Negative: It took some digging to understand in detail how it actually works, and how the cryptography retains privacy. I am not a technical user, my field is UX, so I was put off by a technically dense website that didn't seem particularly good at explaining what it is. Once I tried the demo, I understood it much better.

Summary: Great product, simple user experience, secure multi factor authentication, free to use for first 1,000 logins each month, what's not to like?

Positive: Right from the off the user experience is so simple. Signing up with a MIRACL admin account demonstrates how quick & easy it is to use this product. Login process is rapid with the user only needing to enter a pin and the reassurance that you are protected with MFA.

Negative: Technical documentation is good and all there when you look for it, but would benefit from better linking between different sections of the website, especially when not using a 'pre-baked' setup.

Summary: Would highly recommend the integration of MIRACL into any product or app that cares about security and user experience. The fact it works with 100% of devices and browsers and is completely resistant to hacking makes it an incomparable product in the mark.

Positive: MIRACL makes you rethink the possibilities of login security. Until I saw the demo, I hadn't really considered how the login process could be easier and what a pain it is for a user to be able to deal with all the pain of loads of steps to login. The PIN is super easy and simple to use.

Negative: Because it is so different, took a little bit longer for my team to understand that login process could be so simple and secure at the same time.
