Negative: Well Overall BigTime a healthy platform but sometimes when I Try to make some changes to our invoice format is sometimes tricky, but the support we receive from the staff has always been great and made things work the way we would like them to.
And also I frequently faced trouble adding new jobs into Big Time from Quickbooks and it does require manual adjustments every time.

Summary: I found some methods to check/validate operating expense and hence time to push to invoice. Also, I use it as a timesheet tool in order to capture work hours.

Positive: I like it’s extremely quick reporting, user friendliness and synchronized tool so much. Also, I like its reporting feature which is super vigorous with interface is generally spotless and effortless to use.

Negative: Hard to find submit button, few template settings and need more file formats. Apart from these, I have no complaint about it.

Even We love how BigTime automates a lot of project stats that we were manually tracking using SharePoint and Excel in the past. The Utilization dashboard has been very useful in determining the available capacity of our engineers and when we need to grow the team.

Positive: It is a remarkably flexible access-anywhere operating system. The reporting features are great and would probably exceed most organizations' requirements. As a small organization, we needed a platform to track all of our time, track our projects and staff's profitability, and integrate into our accounting software. Very rarely have we had any issues with our services, and we've always had great support when reaching out with questions. t is easy to create customized reports. I can see the time entries in real-time, review and approve them. BigTime has helped us take control of our projects' financial health.

Negative: It is a good tool but the downside that I feel is, their mobile app is not too good to use because of its tricky interface, and the reporting feature while robust is cumbersome and tedious.
Secondly some issues with BigTime are Scheduling is limited and bulky, Time-off not shown in the schedule, tasks status doesn't automatically update etc.

Summary: Overall BigTime helps in time management and staff management and the business owner aware about the project scenario and speed for tasks so that it can align with the projects. Various sort of reports are generated and customizable reports are also develops so that budgeting and other expenses can be control and the documentation can be shared easily.

Positive: It s the best tool available in the market for the Project Management, Time Management, Invoicing and account management. It is the single platform wherein the user can enter the project details and the various sort of reports will be generated for the management decisions.

Negative: The finance module is not integrated with third party accounting softwares due to which the data has be entered manually. It Should accept the import of excel or pdf documents for ledger creation.

We were to track and manage tasks, and our Company's customer service department utilized the Salesforce integration and made fast improvements. when we projected an analysis of our company's budget and spend data - We were able to cut costs, discover overspends and manage our finances with a clearer view knowing how money is being used across all the departments. The pricing can be very pricey for SMB's and other small businesses out there, but in comparison to other platforms, BigTime offers more unique features, and we were able to manage the costs.

Positive: One thing I like about BigTime is the ease of utilization. I was able to navigate the entire interface on my first day. After a few weeks - I could tutor the rest of my colleagues and other workmates at our organization.

Negative: The only issue I've had as a BigTime user and my organization's Chief Financial Officer is the pricing that they offer. For most organizations, it can be pricey - and they do not offer a free trial.

Summary: At the beginning it took me a bit to adapt to this new way of working, we handled the information in a very analogous way, which is why it took us more time to carry out some processes, it took us a bit to adapt to this new platform and get rid of sheets and files physical, now we have everything in the system and in real time!!!
