    Positive: BIGContacts has completely changed how I manage my contacts. Having all the details—names, emails, and past interactions—in one place makes it easy to stay organized and pick up conversations seamlessly, even after a long time. The custom fields feature is quite helpful for tracking specific information. The email marketing tools are also excellent. Automating campaigns saved me so much time, and the ability to personalize emails and segment contacts for targeted messages really boosted engagement.
