    Summary: I'm using ViperCloud to organize leads and sales to grow and increase sales in business. The software is very straight forward no difficulty in any usage.

    Positive: ViperCloud gives a centralized platform to organize CR, email marketing, sales and lead management in one software. It enables an excellent pipeline view and easily approach the leads. The implementation was straightforward and without hassle.

    Negative: The integration of email marketing should have better to capture every lead.

    Summary: We've been using VipeCloud for a while now and I don't see us ever leaving - highly recommended!

    Positive: It's a relief to have one product that can handle so much of our sales and marketing and have such a great support team to back it up. This has really simplified our email and social marketing. They keep adding new features, which is great.

    Negative: Not really any cons. Whenever we've had to call support, their responses were super quick and helpful.
