    The Platform Itself Is Great, The Team Behind It Is Even Better

    Summary: Overall, I am relieved with joining AxisCare. They are an all-in-one package and their communication has been the absolute best. AxisCare seems to be the solution to many of our problems, big and small.

    Positive: Just about everything AxisCare has to offer. They have options to properly record and handle leads. The information you're able to record from clients is vast meaning no more separate files for one client - it's all in one place. The same information to record is available for employees. Calendar, scheduling, push notifications, client assessments, simple and quick invoicing! The list goes on. Oh and if there is a practice you're accustom to, they have custom forms available so you won't miss out on what you're used to. I especially like that they have live webinars with live chat. Video library for training and learning purposes. Lastly, the people I've interacted with have all been professional and courteous with their time dedicating to answering questions around our specific situation.
    We're an in-home caregiving agency that constantly need to be updating schedules with client information, address, and services needed. Our means of operating have been using different sources which proved to cause hiccups as we grew our census. AxisCare and their team members was something that was much needed.

    Negative: At a glance, the platform appeared overwhelming with options and almost if too much was going on to be user friendly. Though, can't hardly say a con since every new operating system has a learning curve. They do have a video library to learn all there is about the system as well as live webinars.
