Positive: My experience with AestheticPro was very positive and strait forward. Our initial point of contact, a sales executive, was very professional, enthusiastic and supportive. She was very accessible and responsive and made it a no-brainer decision for us to join AestheticPro.
Our client success manager, our primary technical point of contact, was extremely knowledgable and supportive in helping us with the initial EMR system setup and in providing ongoing support. She was very patient with us in helping us navigate the system and answered all of our questions to make it a seamless and easy process. Our client success manager was an outstanding resource for us.Negative: Some additional costs for more users is understandable, but could get more expensive than expected as we add additional staff.

Summary: Our customer success manager and AP are very supportive! Aesthetics Pro is user friendly and gives many options for client/medspa communication.
Positive: Our customer success manager has been great support for our medspa questions and inquiries. She is always available when we are in need of her assistance.
Negative: Had to request an annual subscription rate. Wish this option was promoted more publicly. This annual subscription rate saved us on subscription expense and time reconciling monthly charge on credit card.

Summary: I’ve had a great experience using the system so far. Haven’t had any issues and my customers also find it easy to use.
Positive: Great customer service by our customer success manager and the whole support team! The system is user friendly and easy to navigate.
Negative: I wish the app would have a remember sign on so I don’t have to input my info every time.

Summary: Wonderful, just wonderful. From launch to the use of the product is very self explanatory and there is little to know trouble when you need help. I love this software!
Positive: The service is so easy to use and set up. The staff are wonderful. EVERYTHING is wonderful! I am very happy with this software and it is everything I needed as a small business owner.
Negative: I would have liked some help entering my services, or a better way to enter them in bulk. It's easy to set up a service, but setting up a lot is a couple days of work to make sure everything is perfect.

Summary: Our company loves using AestheticsPro! We have 4 locations that we can easily manage within the software, we started off with 3 locations and it was a very easy process to add our 4th! You can easily customize all your options differently for each location or you can use the same options when it comes to services offered, pricing, forms, etc. Everything is very user friendly for both our staff and our patients accessing their client portal. AP is constantly updating with new features and always listens to our feedback. Our dedicated account manager is so helpful and is always happy to jump on a call with us whenever needed! Our account manager checks in with us regularly to update us with new features and see if we need any assistance which is much appreciated. We came from using an older software (Orchid) that was not cloud based and using AestheticsPro is a night-and-day difference!
Positive: Pros: User friendly for staff and patients, streamlined, cloud-based, technical support is always available and quickly responds, everything is customizable with forms, services, etc., dedicated account manager that regularly checks in
Negative: Cons: Forms can't be partially filled out by the staff and then sent to a client's portal for signature, sometimes you need to hard reset or clear cookies/cache if there's slow loading times

Summary: She helped me get some things squared away and organized. I found that there was a lot more backend from transferring and she made it a much easier process.
Positive: I am so grateful for our account manager and her diligence to help our account get transferred from one medical spa to another. She has been very persistent and is an asset to the AestheticsPro family.
Negative: There was just an issue with higher up that she was able to assist and get resolved ASAP.

Summary: I’m very happy with this EMR for my MedSpa. They are always improving to make it easier to use. The ability to find clients, upload photos, and chart is great. I love the secure feeling the ability to email and the marketing. Client find it nice to fill out the paperwork prior to their arrival. This is a very easy to chart on application.
Positive: Easy to use and if you have a problem several different ways to find the answer! Amazing customer service!! Always improving the quality and service.
Negative: Have to put a lot of work in to start! Unable to scan documents into the application! Would make it easier for consents and such that AestheticsPro doesn’t already have such as the BYL equipment.

Summary: For what we need, it fits much better than the program we have. It's nice to look at and I'm enjoying it.
Positive: Love the interface and ease of use. We had an old system made specifically for our industry but was old and hadn't been updated. Really like the online booking feature. It's saved us from chasing leads to book appts.
Negative: Some of the marketing features aren't ready for prime time yet. May want an alternative for that. We can't make a newsletter so we're using another program. We've had issues with support but my rep has been really helpful.

Summary: AestheticsPro is the only EMR that I've used in industry, but the platform stands out for its intuitive design and wide range of features that support tracking, scheduling, and reporting, making it a practical tool for operational efficiency. Positive interactions with staff, including responsive and helpful representatives like Denise W., contribute to a generally favorable user experience. However, this positive impression is undermined by a recent interaction regarding a new payment processing integration. During that discussion, the feature was repeatedly described as already included in current costs, yet a subsequent review of the documentation revealed additional fees that would increase overall expenses. This discrepancy between verbal assurances and written terms created confusion and diminished trust in the company, highlighting concerns about transparency and accuracy in communication.
Positive: The platform is intuitive and has numerous options for tracking, scheduling, and reporting. I also appreciate that the representatives, such as like Denise W. , are responsive and extremely helpful.
Negative: I spoke with a gentleman recently who spoke about the new payment processing integration and he energetically and repeatedly stated that it was something we were already paying for; however, after reviewing the paperwork, I saw that there would be additional charges that would cause us to be paying more than what we pay currently for our merchant system. This false or ambiguous information reduced my trust in Aesthetic Pro.

Summary: Easy to use and learn, support and customer management is very quick to help. It has limited marketing but is good for it's price.
Positive: We like the ability to customize services and e-records. The system is easy to learn and navigate.
Negative: The e-records could be more dynamic, we need show/hide rules.
