AP Marketing Software for template creation is AWFUL, It has never been upgraded, It is very difficult to use and it makes numerous mistakes.
AP uses Twilio as the third party for SMS, Twilio is THE WORST in the market.
There is not a way to upload a custom photo for the background of your Book Now page.
AP does not offer biometric login capabilities.
It does not allow me to add rewards points to prior clients.
There is no features for Certificate and emailing rewards points to the clients.

Summary: Excellent! Thank you! You all are doing a great job and I am very grateful that I came across AestheticsPro.
Positive: The program is very intuitive. There is so much support to help. The program is cost effective and has all the features I need for my business and more! The training is in phases which helped me not to feel overwhelmed. It's a wonderful investment.
Negative: Some of the features are named confusingly named but it's easily to understand once you get started.

Summary: Super responsible support team, not just for a session I had today but any time I've sent a ticket, I literally hear back in 30-40 mins, if not in the next hour. They are on top of it!
The solution is quick and they list everything I need.
There are videos that accompany the tasks however at times, I have specific questions and therefore find that using the support team via the ticket submissions is easiest, because I can explain things EXACTLY the way I want!
I wouldn't have got this far with AP without them! Love the system and looking forward to them adding more !Positive: The ease of sharing screens, so my rep could see exactly what I was doing, was the most helpful. He also spent some time with me to help me set up my google calendar and made sure it worked.

Summary: Overall, it's a great system that you can use in your business, no matter how big or small, and tailor specifically to fit your needs. The support staff are exceedingly friendly and attentive and are readily available to help you get started, which is a big deal!
Positive: The charting records are very thorough. You can make it as simple or detailed as you wish. I also love that there are so many options for your business. You can invoice and create memberships. I use it daily for scheduling and my charting in my small business. My clients love the text reminders they receive for appointments.
Negative: It was overwhelming at first because I had to create and configure everything from the pre-existing forms, and tailor the documents to my needs. I am used to someone doing this for me, so it seemed like a lot initially. Once I worked through this fear, everything went well and I'm now enjoying my environment.

Positive: Today, I met with our rep to go over the e-records system, and I was genuinely impressed by how well she did. She was fully engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and picked up on the system quickly. Her focus and willingness to learn made the entire meeting productive and smooth.
Negative: Honestly, I don’t have any. Our rep did so well today that there’s nothing I would change or critique. She was fully prepared and exceeded expectations.

Summary: Had been logged out of my account for 5 days and had very little help from the calls made to my client success manager - today I called tech support and they corrected everything within 5 min. 10/10 to tech support of this program. Truly today was a huge save!
Positive: Tech support is amazing and quick! They are the only part of this subscription I like! They always take their time and make sure everything is addressed.
Negative: I really don’t like the program itself - my charting never saves, my clients never get reminders yet I am charged for them.

Summary: We are well satisfied with the system, and it is easy for our staff to learn. The system is simple to keep updated.
Positive: Easy, simple, and user-friendly. Loved the mobile application. The portal and on-line booking is easy for clients. Allows access to clients' treatment plans, invoices, communication (text), and emails.
Negative: If we were to choose, one of the cons would be the need for appointment reminders. I want to be two steps away with the client verifying the appointment and able to cancel it if they wish to keep the calendar open for other potential clients, instead of staff needing to call clients constantly.

Positive: We are new to AestheticsPro, so we can't provide a comprehensive feedback. So far I like the affordability, the features within AestheticsPro that are included in the subscription and the support that is available to us. During our learning process, the video library, the onboarding sessions, the help desk and our client success manager have been very helpful in making our transition to AestheticsPro possible.
Negative: Prescription software is not included in AestheticsPro. Furthermore, AestheticsPro does not allow integrating existing credit card processing machines.

Positive: My experience with AestheticPro was very positive and strait forward. Our initial point of contact, a sales executive, was very professional, enthusiastic and supportive. She was very accessible and responsive and made it a no-brainer decision for us to join AestheticPro.
Our client success manager, our primary technical point of contact, was extremely knowledgable and supportive in helping us with the initial EMR system setup and in providing ongoing support. She was very patient with us in helping us navigate the system and answered all of our questions to make it a seamless and easy process. Our client success manager was an outstanding resource for us.Negative: Some additional costs for more users is understandable, but could get more expensive than expected as we add additional staff.
