Positive: 4ALLPORTAL is very much confined product to cater all necessary needs regarding digital assets and product information management. The integration of existing APIs with the 4ALLPORTAL is easy and provides a unified experience for workflows.

Negative: Initial process configurations and integration with certain APIs is bit difficult.

Summary: Overall, My experience with 4ALLPORTAL is very positive. It provides many functions like intranet portals, document management systems, collaboration tools, and other digital workplace applications that is very useful for my organization.

Positive: By having the DAM and PIM in the same solution, the cost and risk of maintaining the DAM and PIM are eliminated. Data flows easily between the two solutions, and each user group can search metadata based upon their departments' native search requirements. Furthermore, multiple languages are supported in the application for both DAM and PIM metadata.

Negative: Adjustments of metadata or roles needs some practice. Professional services are needed for the initial implementation to map the use cases to the configuration. After training is completed and with practice using the solution for a few months, my team can configure 4ALLPORTAL independently.

Summary: In the modern world, managing data digitally plays a vital role. 4ALLPORTAL helps us to achieve this. The dashboard is user-friendly. We can use the tool without any prior experience. Their training is very good. API to connect to third-party systems are really useful. Overall a good tool to manage digital assets.

Positive: Using the 4ALLPORTAL it's easy to streamline the workflow process. We can easily organize all the assets in a proper way. It provides good security features also to avoid data breaches including user authentication data encryption etc. There are different tools available in the market, but this tool performs both the functions of PIM and DAM tools.

Negative: We can't find any cons with the tool. It's an efficient and cost-effective tool to manage data. Using the tool we can perform both the functions of DAM and PIM.

Summary: Despite a few drawbacks, my overall experience with "4ALLPORTAL" was positive. Positive: 4ALLPORTAL Digital Asset Management is designed to be intuitive, which means even if you're a first-time user, you can easily navigate through the platform. Summary: Overall, 4ALLPORTAL is a great DAM tool which comes with a multi layer authentication and we can easily control to whom we want to share the asset and it's SSL encryption and it's granular permission control makes it possible quite easily. This platform is suitable for businesses of all sizes whether it's big or small and that's where the difference in plans appear. For us, this platform is helping us in managing all types of digital asset through various customisation. We can share and distribute it with full confidence in the trust of robust security it comes with. This tool has made our work much easier from the time we started using it for our digital asset management.

Positive: 4ALLPORTAL comes with a very friendly user interface that provides a very modern look and doesn't require any prior technical knowledge to use the platform. It provides a very unique search function through which we can search for assets merely by putting some keywords or filters and the detailed search results appear on screen. Coming to the pricing, it comes with different prices based on different usability that depends on factors like number of users who want to use, or the features we need from the platform. In my opinion this is one of the best DAM tools available on the market that has the potential to do much more.

Negative: Like i mentioned about pricing of the platform in the previous section, there's a huge gap in pricing based on different functionality we want from it and the number of users who want to use, and this doesn't provide a very good impact overall, i think pricing should be competitive with other plans.

Positive: The 4allplatform offers us the opportunity to establish a central location for Mediadata within the Teekanne Group in order to achieve synergies. The application is user-friendly, easy to use and simplifies collaboration within the departments and with external parties.

Negative: It takes some practice to customize metadata and roles.

Not only does this engine allow for the DAM and PIM to run within the same 4ALLPORTAL, I've seen (and helped to implement) people use the 4ALLPORTAL to manage anything from the inventory of a museum to the orders in their company – the general engine combined with the highest degrees of customizability are simply that powerful.

Automatization, such as workflows for e.g. restricted downloads, or automatic tagging of uploaded files, is another strong point of the system.

The software allows for department as well as user specific customizations, such that the 4AllPortal can be optimized for every employee.

The out-of-the-box standard layout is intuitive and easy to use, many features, such as managing collections of assets, are included in the standard product while others can be added with one of the many additional apps, e.g. SSO.

Furthermore, the product is constantly growing with a steady influx of new integrations / features, and 4ALLPORTAL is always willing to lend an ear if you miss a feature or need additional support.

Negative: Professional help for the customization is advisable to ensure the system fits your use cases. With the right approach, processes can be streamlined and you may even save license costs for other tools. But if your customization does not fit your use case your processes may get jumbled and it may be worth to redesign the system.
Due to the recent burst of success of the system, you may have to wait for individual solutions requiring programming.

Summary: Easy and intuitive to use with a modern layout. Plus many features that are already integrated in the standard at no extra cost! InDesign and PowerPoint integration, and several existing interfaces to other software. RestFull API. Perfect. DAM and PIM can be run on the same environment, perfect.

Negative: At the moment I am absolutely satisfied and have nothing to complain about!

Summary: 4ALLPORTAL approach to centralizing all corporate data - assets and product information - helped us eliminate the cost of the third party software and reduce the risk of maintaining a DAM-PIM integration.

Positive: By having DAM and PIM within the same product we were able to eliminate the need for a custom integration between PIM and DAM. The work in progress (WIP) features eliminated the need for a third-party workflow / approval tool.

The approach to data modeling allows multiple taxonomies and in different languages. The flexibility allows users and user groups to search in their native department language creating a great user experience.

Negative: Professional services are recommended to help configure the system and translate the business use cases into the configuration. Afterwards, it is easy to expand on our own.

Summary: After we decided to take a look at 4ALLPORTAL in a demo, the software was quickly shortlisted. The scalability and customizability is top! We were looking for a software that would not only meet our current needs, but could also be used in the future. With 4ALLPORTAL, we have these options. Also the support is fast and so far all employees have been super helpful.

Negative: The 4ALLPORTAL is the Ferrari among the DAM/PIM softwares. The possibility to have DAM and PIM in one software is unbeatable.
