    Summary: This PBX has been deployed at multiple hotels and businesses from 3 extensions up to 500 and we have minimal overhead with troubleshooting and changes are quick and easy. It supports all of the features that are requested and has been consistently able to adapt to any deployment environment.

    Positive: 3CX is straight forward and easy to use and implement. Users are easily added and are able to provision their own devices with little to no help. Calls have good quality and testing any changes is accomplished with good documentation from 3CX.

    Negative: Changing the interface with each update - locations of buttons and features are in new places often.

    Very straight forward phone system

    Summary: Overall, I'd highly recommend 3CX. It's a stable and reliable phone system that is easy to use and administer.

    Positive: Easy to use and administer. A nice feature is the ability to use remote phones without a VPN configuration via 3CX's STUN protocol.

    Summary: This is a great Phone System that I have been working with for over 8 years and what I sell my customers because it's a great product and sells itself. I doubt I will ever work with another Phone System.

    Negative: Sometimes there are updates that make major changes to how the system is managed and it's really not needed. They do a great job of making sure you know how to work with the changes and have a slow transition to make sure they are well known before the changes take affect.

    Summary: I love 3CX, the platform and team. Always a pleasure to work with the support and sales team. The product is wonderful as you are not locked into using 1-2 specific phones, you have literally hundreds of phones you can use, or you can choose to use no physical phones and use your laptop or cell phone application that is included in the cost of the license unlike other systems where they nickel and dime you for every endpoint.

    Continued growth within software and design.
    Cutting edge.
    You don't have to worry about legacy equipment.

    14 Years and No Reason to Look Elsewhere...

    Summary: This is by far the best phone system to go with. I have one personally setup for home and love it. Cut down on many robo calls with the digital receptionist.

    Summary: 3CX does what a phone system is supposed to do, which is just work. Our business relies on our phone system so it needs to work, and does. Haven't had any issues with it thus far. Set up was easy and the few snags we encountered were remedied by support.

    Negative: We've been using 3CX for 7 months now with zero issues. Nothing to complain about.
