Most HR platforms are built for the enterprise, then squeezed to fit organizations that were never really their intended customer. Ours works the other way around. Since 2007, our team has focused specifically on serving nonprofits, social-service agencies, and small-to-midsize businesses, supporting workforces anywhere between 30 and 10,000 people.
Pricing reflects that same philosophy. The software itself is free, what you’re actually paying for is consulting and support, so every relationship starts with a free demo and follow-up conversations before anything is decided. From there, a business analysis ($799, $199 for nonprofits) maps your workflows, followed by a guided $500, three-month trial that covers setup, configuration, and monthly consultant check-ins, giving your team real time to properly evaluate the system instead of a rushed, 30-day decision, with no long-term contract waiting at the end of it. Walk away if it isn’t the right fit. Every core module is included in the ongoing subscription; optional add-ons are priced separately for extra functionality.
Compliance works the same way. Because a CARF surveyor is part of our team, guidance on Community Living, Ministry of Children and Families, and equivalent U.S. state reporting requirements is built into how the platform operates, not offered as an afterthought.
We’re also recognized as a TechSoup partner (Canada and US), and we’ve rolled this platform out to more than 100 organizations across the EU, Canada, and the United States.
