Traqq is time tracking software that helps teams record work hours, manage projects, and understand how time is distributed across people, clients, and tasks. Unlike traditional employee monitoring tools, Traqq focuses on transparent time tracking and does not use screenshots, screen recording, activity scoring, or app and website monitoring.
Users can track time with automatic timers or manual entries, assign time entries to projects and tasks, add tags, and mark work as billable. Teams can link projects to clients, set billing and cost rates for each project, and track project costs, revenue, and profitability through reports.
Traqq also includes workload analytics, team scheduling, attendance tracking, and a shared time off calendar. Managers can organize users into teams, assign managers, compare planned schedules with tracked hours, and identify workload gaps across the organization.
The platform is available through web, Windows and macOS desktop apps, and browser extensions. The Traqq browser extension connects to popular tools such as Asana, Jira, Slack, Trello, and Figma.
Role-based permissions help teams manage access to time, project, and financial information.
