You can customize your extension to forward calls only during specific hours by integrating your iCalendar feed or by selecting from a list of preferred caller IDs. Each user is provided with a meet-me style conference room, eliminating scheduling conflicts and enabling live management of conference calls, including options to mute or remove participants as needed. Inviting users is straightforward, requiring just a click to have the system initiate a call to them, thus avoiding the hassle of complicated login procedures.
