Simplain Vendor Portal is a SaaS solution with a fixed annual fee that covers software and infrastructure usage. Summary: Provides great return on investments which streamlines vendor collaboration efficiently at one central place.
Positive: One of the best vendor portal tool available in the market which can be integrated across different ERP platforms and provide state of the art User Interface for business team to efficiently collaborate with vendor resulting in saving lot of operation cost and enhances the overall process efficiency.
Negative: Module setting up promotion was still under development and would be nice to have that available fully.

Summary: I very much recommend the technology, implementation teams, management commitment to the product vision, and the post implementation support. It is a rare combination that Simplain seems to have nailed it. Bravo!
Positive: Simplain vendor portal is a feature-rich system that combines power and simplicity. Being a cloud based system makes implementation and ongoing operations much easier and requires minimal supervision. As an implementation consultant, it was easy to understand what business problems the system solves and how to jells with the rest of the environment (i.e. the ERP systems). Simplain support team is swift in jumping on issues, one of the most effective support teams I’ve come across.
Negative: Nothing major I can think of. Possibly building more open APIs to allow more integrations with various other systems. I believe this is on the roadmap of Simplain.

Negative: Some of the screens can be a little slow by Simplain has added great enhancements to their roadmap to address this.

Positive: The workflow is very well organized in the portal. The roles are well defined. The header and item details are displayed in coherence as expected for an enterprise solution. The relevant tabs show up based on the role and activity. It is easy to use and well designed.
Negative: I haven't encountered any issues using it so far. It is working fine.

Summary: Awesome is one word to describe this product. Team and customer is very happy with ease of usage and easy setup.
Positive: This product allows easy and simple method to connect vendor, supplier and end customer to meet basic grocery store transactions.
Negative: There is no limitations I found except that this product can be expanded to various markets. It can be expanded to big box stores across the globe.
