Call monitoring and reporting tools provide visibility into call volumes, usage patterns, connection quality, and employee communication activity. Zoom Phone integrates with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and other business applications to connect calling activities with existing workflows. Its centralized administration tools support phone number management, device provisioning, user permissions, call recording policies, and communication security across distributed organizations.
