Description
CompSci recognizes that the process of readying your submissions for the SEC can be quite complex. To address this, we've developed a comprehensive SEC reporting software solution designed to help you produce EDGAR-compliant HTML documents, efficiently tag XBRL/iXBRL with the most up-to-date taxonomies, and create XML filings that meet current technical standards. Understanding that the back-and-forth communication can be cumbersome, we strive to provide you with a broader array of options when it’s time to file. Our platform equips you with not only the necessary tools but also the training to ensure your SEC filings are compliant. Additionally, we take on the responsibility of creating, tagging, and processing your required SEC filings, allowing you to focus on other important aspects of your business. Ultimately, our goal is to simplify the filing process and enhance your overall experience.
Description
Our innovative browser-based case management system stands out from its competitors due to its design as a fully customizable "business processing engine," intended to serve as the core for document management and electronic filing solutions utilized by trial and appellate courts, as well as prosecutor and public defender offices, among other governmental entities, such as probation departments and various state and county administrations. The eCourt platform offers flexibility in deployment, allowing it to be hosted either on-premises or in the cloud via Amazon Web Services (AWS). Accessing eCourt and eCourtPublic requires only a web browser—such as Internet Explorer (version 10 or higher), Chrome, or Firefox—making it easily reachable from desktops, laptops, smartphones (including iPhone and Android devices), and tablets (like iPad and Galaxy). The system features a user-friendly graphical interface that is inherently compatible with touch screens, enhancing the user experience. Furthermore, eCourt is not tied to any specific database technology, allowing for the use of various options like Microsoft SQL or Oracle, and it accommodates your preferred technological setups, including Citrix. This adaptability ensures that eCourt can meet the diverse needs of its users across different platforms and systems.
