The XPID handheld readers are capable of validating badges and biometrics in locations where stationary readers are unavailable, providing immediate feedback on photo ID and access status. In emergency situations, personnel can scan badges at designated muster points, allowing XPressEntry to generate an up-to-date list of individuals present and accounted for. Additionally, entry and exit tracking features enable monitoring of movement in temporary or remote locations without the need for wired setups. The Events mode allows current badges to function as check-in credentials for various meetings and training sessions, enhancing operational efficiency.
