Yollty gives local businesses a loyalty program in their own branding, together with the tools to bring customers back and attract new ones. It is designed for cafés, restaurants, bakeries, hair and beauty salons, retail shops and businesses with several locations.
Signing up is quick for customers: they can give their phone number at the till, open the business's branded loyalty web app, or add a card to their Google or Apple Wallet. There is nothing to download.
Each business decides how loyalty works. It can reward with points, stamps or tiers, and set its own earning rules, for example extra points on quiet days, special rates for VIPs or certain products, or a bonus once a customer spends above a set amount. When a customer pays, staff scan their card to log the visit and see their profile, including past visits, tier, tags and lifetime value.
Yollty also automates birthday rewards, win-back messages and VIP offers, sends promotions by push notification, wallet notification, SMS or email, invites happy customers to review the business on Google, and rewards referrals. Surveys, a spin-the-wheel game and a reporting dashboard for every store complete the platform.
