Summary: I love using Rezku because it makes my day easier. I know how to navigate it and make it work for our restaurant. It is easily tailored to our needs and works great no matter what we’ve thrown at it in our growing restaurant.
Positive: I love how easily navigated the system is and the tech support team is the absolute best! Anytime we need anything they are knowledgable and helpful.

Choose Rezku over the others Date: Dec 10 2024
Summary: We are very happy with Rezku. I have worked in the industry for many years and with many POS systems. We are a small restaurant and have been using the system for 5 months. It does everything we need it to and then some, not to mention the price is right. Just take the time to build it out.
Positive: I'll share my top three to keep it short:
1. The customer service is so beyond that I have experienced with other POS companies and that wasn't something that I even knew right away. Their support chat has saved me many times in the middle of service when I needed answers immediately.
2. How easy it is to update, customize, and get into the back office. Be sure to download the Back Office App. I like to keep it running in the background for seemless transition and adjustments during service, especially when you are in the first few weeks of opening.
3. It does everything we need, and then some. We are a small bar & restaurant with patio dining too. As an owner that also bartends and waits tables, I can say that with the proper set up of the system, anyone would be happy with Rezku.Negative: Dislikes, these are pretty nit picky, but still don't love that....

1. The custom reporting isn't as custom as we'd like, but there are a ton of report options in the exports that can do the trick, just need to do more digging.
2. There is no 'print' button while you are in a live order, you need to hit checkout, then 'reprint'. If you are a quick service/counter service only this won't effect you. But, with a full service bar/ restaurant, it's just an extra step. -

Rezku POS: A Must-have for pizza shop owners Date: Dec 06 2024
Summary: Implementation of Rezku was quick and painless, and we were able to convert from a legacy POS system within 3 weeks of selecting the software. The in-store team picked up the functionality quickly, with minimal issues, and became proficient in the use of the new software within a week. The reporting and analytics modules include dozens of canned reports and exports, which greatly simplified the back office procedures. The driver and dispatch module greatly simplified our deliveries, and we were delighted to find that the integrated online ordering did not require us to maintain our menu and pricing in two separate platforms (the POS and the online platform), that we did not have to spend the time entering online orders into the POS, since they flowed in automatically, and that there were no extra charges for using the online ordering platform.
Positive: Rezku POS provides a streamlined implementation that allows pizza shop owners to quickly deploy a fully-featured, powerful POS system designed for the pizza industry, and to be up and running in record time. Rezku offers outstanding online training materials, conversion assistance, and runs on commodity, non-proprietary hardware, making it an attractive option for the independent pizza shop owner who doesn't want to be locked into a proprietary platform. The Caller ID integration speeds order entry for phone in orders, and the driver dispatch and reconciliation module and process provide real time insight into the deliveries on the board, including what is due when, mapping to help visualize the deliveries and routing, texting features to alert drivers to their delivery stops, and estimated delivery time and return-to-store time. Customer support is outstanding, with each and every agent fully knowledgeable about the product, with no need to escalate calls to level 2 or level 3 engineers. Plus, there's almost no wait time when calling in for support, making Rezku a real anomaly in terms of software support. Finally, Rezku offers a completely integrated platform, including POS functionality, credit card processing, online ordering, dine-in table management, delivery driver management, and reporting and analytics, all included in the standard functionality, at no additional cost.
Negative: Rezku is a smaller POS vendor, and as such, does not have a large development staff. This means that product enhancements and new releases are slower in coming than with the huge vendors with tens of thousands of clients. On the flip side though, this also means that Rezku recognizes and values each and every customer, and listens to their input.

Rezku is a cloud-based system, and not all of the data tables are exposed or available, meaning that building a data warehouse from this data presents some challenges to the user, although there are some workarounds to get this information if needed. -

Summary: Overall, Rezku has significantly improved our day-to-day functions in building. We are able to keep up with all our changes and updates, and our staff loves how easy Rezku has been to learn and use. We highly recommend this POS System.
Positive: Rezku’s ease of use and user-friendly display has been instrumental in improving our restaurants efficiency. Our management team can effortlessly adjust our products and pricing to match our ever-changing menu. The customer support team is always available and extremely thorough. We have loved using Rezku.
Negative: We do wish we had reports that could be set into percentages (I.E. A daily labor percentage report split by department, etc.)

Summary: We have call support several times I’m with questions and have got the help we needed and answer we wanted every time within a good timeline. I’d recommend them to anyone
Positive: Rezku is easy to make changes on the fly and setup for everyone to learn the new menu system. We were mostly afraid of not having support or that the system would not have the settings and features we need but Rezku came through with everything we needed and more.
Negative: It’s awkward I have to tell the young sales kids that walk in trying to sell other POS companies that they’re product is not as great as Rezku.

They can answer any question I may have, regardless of how simple or complex it may be. They are always updating the software and if I have a special request that makes sense, they will actually make it for me! Summary: Overall experience has been a 10, we couldn't be happier with our choice. This is our 4th POS in 10 years and so far......I have no intention to try another.
Positive: Easy to work with and the customer service is outstanding and responsive - even via chat! They will patiently guide you to get what you need to!
Negative: Nothing so far. We've had a couple of issues with the Bluetooth to the card readers, but they were easily resolved. We're excited to see what the online ordering brings!

Summary: The Rezku Tech Support team is filled with people that genuinely enjoy what they do. They are passionate about helping people build their business, support their customers throughout, help solve issues and problems as they arise and follow up to make sure everything is running smooth. Again, second to none world class customer service!
Positive: Every time I call Rezku Tech Support, within 30 seconds of dialing the number, I’m speaking to a human who knows my name and who I am. I don’t know of any company anywhere that does that!
Negative: There are no cons. The only regret I have is not using Rezku years ago.

Summary: Don't buy other software until you see Rezku. I can't believe how cheap it is and how nice it works. I thought they sales guy was lying to me about price. I was looking for the catch but I've had it for two years and have not had a single problem.
Positive: So glad I found Rezku. I was using Revention (now called HungerRush), and I was just so frustrated. I looked at Upserve, Toast and Rezku and landed on Rezku. Rezku saved us $1000's, it is so easy to use, and it has the latest functionality. My team loves the handheld units. I call Rezku my secret weapon. It is so amazing.
Negative: I can't think of any. The run only on iPads which I thought I wouldn't like but it turns out to be a non-issue.

Rezku POS for small members only club Date: Jul 26 2022
Summary: Few hiccups at beginning, but overall a very smooth transition for us, products, inventory, and member data was able to be uploaded electronically and menu creation was a breeze.
Positive: The ease of setup, and the simplicity of using the POS for employees, training was comprehensive and went through every aspect. Support is unreal, questions are answered in real time, and we never have outages. It’s our first POS ever, fees are reasonable. Suggestions are taken to heart by them and are often incorporated in releases. I can’t say enough good about them. Online learning is on their site, and it’s comprehensive.
Negative: Some reporting features we’d like to see incorporated have been noted, but nothing major, mostly cosmetic, and when mentioned, they look and get back to you.
