StokData serves as a comprehensive farm management solution tailored for farmers in Africa and those managing agricultural operations from a distance. This software meticulously monitors various aspects such as poultry flocks, feed consumption, water usage, mortality rates, egg collection, feed conversion ratios, and batch profitability, along with the health, breeding, weights, and sales of livestock. Additionally, its crop management tools efficiently handle planting schedules, resource inputs, pesticide applications, irrigation, pest control, disease management, and harvesting processes, all while providing export-ready crop documentation that can exclude pricing and detail spray targets and pre-harvest intervals. Team members can securely log in using PINs to document their activities, attendance, and payroll information. Moreover, inventory management functions enable the tracking of feeds, medications, and chemicals, taking into account expiration and withdrawal timelines. The mobile application allows staff to operate offline and synchronize their records once internet access is restored, giving farm owners the opportunity to oversee operations through a user-friendly web dashboard. StokData AI enhances the experience by responding to inquiries based on farm data and providing valuable recommendations for feed, crops, or animal health, including potential concerns to bring up with a veterinarian; however, it is important to note that the AI does not serve as a veterinary service or a replacement for professional medical advice. This combination of features makes StokData an indispensable tool for modern agricultural management.

In just half an hour, you can create a detailed map of your farm, document the types of crops you have, and plan crop rotations efficiently, while also incorporating additional elements such as fences, gates, buildings, and water lines. This comprehensive mapping tool enables you to share the information with your team, ensuring they can navigate the farm safely and avoid potential hazards. You can also track essential inputs like seeds, fertilizers, or sprays, streamlining administrative tasks by assigning responsibilities to team members, setting deadlines, and documenting completion dates. Organize your livestock by creating movable herds on your farm map, monitor animal populations, and calculate essential grazing and resting periods for pastures. With regularly updated satellite imagery analysis through Field Health, you can focus scouting efforts on underperforming areas, allowing for early detection and treatment of issues to minimize crop loss. Assess the effectiveness of your management strategies by reviewing three years of historical data, which can ease the burden of audits and performance reviews, as farm reports will summarize the inputs used for cost assessments and enable quicker reordering of necessary supplies. The input tracking feature ensures compliance with legal limits while the field history function allows you to review past activities and their timings. This thorough and user-friendly system not only enhances productivity but also fosters better decision-making for sustainable farming practices.
