SolarWinds®, VoIP & Network Quality Manager can help you monitor VoIP performance by analysing Call Detail Records generated from Cisco CallManager and Avaya Communication Manager. VNQM allows you to easily analyze call detail files (CDRs) from Cisco and Avaya Communication Managers, and identify metrics such as latency and network jitter. You can also avoid packet delays in VoIP calls. SolarWinds VNQM offers a variety of powerful capabilities, including monitoring VoIP call quality of services (QoS), packet loss and latency, as well as monitoring site-tosite WAN performance with Cisco IP SLA technology. You can also correlate call issues with WAN performance to assist in troubleshooting.
