Description
Screen mirroring for Samsung, LG, and Roku provides a user-friendly tool for effortlessly casting or streaming the screens of iPhones or iPads to these TV brands with impressive quality. It is important to note that this screen mirroring application is not recommended for gaming due to a typical delay of 5 to 6 seconds, but we are committed to enhancing the experience for gamers in the future. Users can wirelessly mirror any application or videos from their iPhone or iPad to Samsung (with no audio), LG, and Roku televisions over a Wi-Fi connection. To initiate mirroring, simply open the app and tap on "Start Mirroring," and to cease mirroring, just select the red bar at the top of your iPhone's screen. This app is optimized for iPhone 7 and newer models, iPad 3 and later, and requires iOS 12 or higher. You can also effortlessly cast YouTube videos to your TVs without needing any cables or extra hardware, allowing you to enjoy your favorite movies and apps on the larger screens of Samsung, LG, and Roku televisions. Additionally, the app supports a variety of streaming options, making it a versatile choice for users looking to enhance their viewing experience.
Description
Sidekick enables users to link their Android devices with a Mac, allowing for seamless access to certain phone functionalities directly from the desktop interface. After a simple one-time pairing via a QR code, the companion applications establish a direct connection over the same local Wi-Fi network. Utilizing TLS 1.3 with certificate pinning, this connection does not rely on a cloud relay or user account for functionality. With Sidekick, users can mirror their phone's display onto a Mac window, receive and respond to notifications (when supported by the Android app), transfer photos and files in both directions, and share clipboard information effortlessly. Additionally, it provides caller notifications and allows users to initiate calls from the Mac, while keeping the audio on the phone, along with controls for media playback. Users also have the capability to reply to certain message notifications from their Mac. It's worth noting that screen sharing requires the Android device to approve each session initiated from the Mac. The software is compatible with Macs featuring Apple silicon that run macOS 11 or later, as well as Android devices operating on version 10 or higher. Presently, Sidekick is available in an invitation-only beta phase, offering a glimpse into its potential for enhancing productivity across devices.
