TurboBid founder Bill Ruffner discovered in 2007 that necessity is indeed the mother of invention. He knew that the best way to estimate his jobs was to use a computer. He is a contractor with over 25-years of experience.
Problem? He couldn't find a estimating program that met his specific requirements. He decided enough was enough. He decided to create his own estimating software that could be used to estimate all types work, including residential, commercial, remodel, and service work.
