Scopable is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that offers quoting and assessment solutions specifically designed for managed service providers (MSPs). It seamlessly connects with existing systems utilized by MSPs, such as ConnectWise, HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Microsoft 365, Azure, Pax8, Ingram Micro, and IT Glue, while extracting real-time client information including endpoints, configurations, security status, and details from 365 tenants.
Utilizing this information, Scopable conducts automated evaluations that assess each client’s environment, identifying security and compliance vulnerabilities, and creating a prioritized technology roadmap complete with cost estimates. This roadmap informs a quoting engine that produces margin-protected proposals based on the MSP's pricing structure, incorporating automated estimates for both labor and hardware that adjust as project scopes evolve.
The generated proposals are accessible via a client portal where e-signatures can be obtained, and they synchronize back to the PSA for streamlined management. Additionally, the platform features natural-language processing for client inquiries, maintains CRM records, tracks governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and facilitates workflow automation. Currently, Scopable is in a limited early-access phase, inviting select users to experience its capabilities.
