Description

SWORD™ serves as an all-encompassing software solution for managing Customer Service and Job Shop operations. This application excels in Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Contact Management, offering comprehensive logs for contacts and follow-up histories. Furthermore, SWORD™ is equipped with a strong feature set for generating proposals, sales orders, service orders, estimates, contracts, and invoices. It also functions as a small business Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system, encompassing Job Costing for both materials and labor. In addition, it provides effective planning and control systems for factory equipment maintenance. One of its standout features is the ability to track orders designated for dispatch, whether to internal teams or field service personnel. Users can choose from various configurations, including a standard version compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7, as well as options for Remote Desktop access to Microsoft Terminal Server. Additionally, it supports IP Client to IP Server configurations for local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), requiring a Windows Server setup. With its extensive capabilities, SWORD™ addresses numerous challenges faced by service-oriented businesses. Its versatility makes it an essential tool for enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Description

To ensure reliability, a dual backup system is implemented, allowing either the database server to function as an application server or vice versa. Additionally, an option for cluster configuration with shared external storage is available. The client side includes a desktop application, a web client that can be accessed through a browser, and radio data terminals that connect to the system via a data-terminal session. Solvo.TOS facilitates integration with various third-party solutions, including ERP, GOS, PMIS, and more through a series of established intersystem interfaces (gateways). The modular design of TOS allows for excellent flexibility in choosing the ideal configuration that caters specifically to the customer's requirements. Furthermore, Solvo.TOS operates on a service-oriented architecture (SOA), wherein the distinct modules communicate with the main kernel and among themselves using standardized protocols. This architecture not only permits the seamless addition of new modules to the system without disrupting existing services but also supports efficient system enhancement and rapid customization to meet evolving needs. This adaptability ensures that businesses can continuously improve their operations with minimal downtime.
