    Summary: I have been a customer since 2003. Greatmail has been my primary email service for several businesses throughout the years and has always been available for setting up new accounts, technical support, etc. It is a great company to work with.

    Positive: Personalized service. Fast responses to questions and any issues. Good value. Good technical features. Great technical support.

    Negative: It is a small shop, which is also a positive, but can sometimes feels a little small business.

    Non profit organizations move from Rackspace direct to Greatmail

    Switching to Greatmail was a "no-brainer"

    Summary: Overall, couldn't be happier with the migration. Anyone who is with Rackspace should consider switching to Greatmail as a reseller. The sooner, the better.

    Positive: We had some concern as many did with the Rackspace price increase looming around the corner. I did a lot of research and when i found out that we could migrate to Greatmail without having to reconfigure ANYTHING, I was skeptical. But then I reached out to Ryan Hess who walked me through the process and it truly was that easy! in less than an hour, the migration was complete with no down time whatsoever. The only change, literally, is who we pay our (less expensive) bill to and who we reach out to for support. Thanks, Ryan and the Greatmail team!

    Negative: No cons whatsoever. Only regret is not switching earlier than we did, as others have stated.

    Summary: Personal thanks to Ryan Hess at Greatmail. He was the one who suggested such a great solution. Also he patiently walked us through every step so we did not have any problem switching our accounts.
    This is true SUPPORT !

    Positive: We've been using Rackspace email for 3 years. Suddenly Rackspace demanded 3 times (!!!) as much per-mailbox so we had to look for a new Provider. After doing some serious research we decided to try Greatmail. We contacted their support to migrate our mailboxes as usual but they offered us even better solution: we KEEP our existing Rackspace setup (with all mailboxes and settings) but we start paying old price to Greatmail as a re-seller instead of paying new price to Rackspace directly. So we signed for a new account with Greatmail and transferred our existing email domain to that new account. Next we canceled our old Rackspace account and avoided the ridiculous 3 times price increase. The whole process took less than an hour and we did NOT have to re-configure any email clients. ZERO DOWNTIME !

    Negative: No Cons. We should have switched to Greatmail earlier.

    Summary: Ryan with Greatmail is wonderful. He truly cares about his Clients and they are a reliable and stable email provider!

    Positive: They offer a very high Level of Customer Service, around the clock. With 100+ email accounts, we've never had downtime in 5+ years. It's a great email solution ran by people who truly care!

    Negative: None that I can think of. The only thing I would prefer is if they emailed invoices monthly, instead of us having to log in to download them. It's no big deal, just an extra step when doing month end accounting.

    Summary: I have been using Greatmail for my dedicated servers hosting for several years now and I have recommended their company to many. They helped me get settled in the beginning of my business journey and have been supportive all the way through any issues I may have had along the way.

    They have always been happy to help me if I ever had any problems and go the extra mile to make sure everything is in good working order.

    Summary: Overall, I'm not switching and use to death every day. Love it and the support guys are over the top

    Positive: I have been using this email service for more years than I remember. It has evolved and is an excellent choice for new users as well as seasoned users. It is outstanding and support is outstanding when needed.

    Negative: The only issue I have but have worked it out over the years, I am an architect and sending large files have to be broken up into smaller pieces. The limit for plan files is low but have worked that out. Would like to have ability to send one large file when that occurs.
