Forward the customer's email, drop in the STEP or IGES model and the PDF print, or let buyers upload on your own RFQ page. The AI reads what the buyer asked for and which quantities, measures the 3D model (stock, setups, holes, pockets, turned features, sheet thickness, bends) and reads the drawing for part number, revision, material, finish, tolerances, threads and notes. It then suggests a routing on your own machines and prices each quantity break with your own hourly rates, material prices, setup and run-time formulas and markup, in about 90 seconds. With only a PDF print, it still prices the part and lists every assumption. The AI never sets the price: every minute and dollar comes from your shop's formulas and stays editable. Your estimator checks the draft and sends a quote page with your logo, a PDF, or your own Excel quote layout. The buyer picks a quantity and accepts with a PO, and won quotes become orders. JobBOSS² users send the estimate, routing and quote straight into JobBOSS²; everyone else exports CSV or Excel for E2, QuickBooks or another system.
