QuoteSooner is an online quoting platform designed specifically for CNC job shops. Estimators are able to upload customer drawings, 3D models, and request for quote (RFQ) text, allowing them to examine extracted part details in conjunction with the original documents and the relevant excerpts that support each value. The system identifies any missing, ambiguous, or conflicting information that requires human intervention before a quote can be finalized and sent. Shops have the capability to set their machine and labor rates, review estimates against previous pricing, and distribute setup costs based on quantity breaks, all while managing outside services and other expenses separately. Teams can efficiently handle RFQs, create and dispatch quotes through a linked shop email account, automate follow-up communications, and enable buyers to review and accept quotes online, including the option to input a purchase order number.
