This innovative solution efficiently captures the entire print stream, retaining logos and formatting after executing Send Logos, transforming each print job into a professionally branded PDF file. These documents become available within moments in a shared online portal, allowing users to view, download, or email them as needed. Additionally, there is an optional routing feature that directs specific document types, like repair orders, purchase orders, invoices, and statements, to designated inboxes.
A single device is capable of managing multiple printer IP addresses for various departments such as Service, Parts, and Accounting, all while coexisting with existing printers.
