PRIMS (Production Recipe Ingredient Management Software) offers an all-encompassing solution for food manufacturing, empowering users to manage their production workflows effectively. It manages every stage of the manufacturing process, from receipt of materials to the final shipping of products, granting users a holistic view of their operations. With the ability to track ingredients by Lot Numbers throughout the entire process—from receiving to production to shipping—users can maintain clear oversight of the contents of each batch and finished product. This tracking extends to sub-mixes, consumed ingredients, and packaging materials, ensuring complete transparency. Both intermediates and finished goods can have Lot Numbers that are auto-generated, streamlining the process. Additionally, compliance with GFSI traceability and recall requirements can be achieved in a matter of minutes instead of hours, enhancing operational efficiency. The software also allows for quick tracking of non-compliant ingredients, raw materials, and finished products, reducing time and waste. Furthermore, PRIMS simplifies the automation of both wet and dry ingredients, including flour, water, HFCS, oil, brew, and yeast draws, ensuring a more efficient production process overall.
