Overall, I find PAWS to be an excellent program that I truly appreciate, particularly for its enhanced control and automation over pricing structures, which is a significant improvement compared to what I'm accustomed to, along with its effective record-keeping features that are a major selling point for me. The convenience of being able to cut and paste lab work directly into the system and manage all my medical records without the hassle of sifting through endless stacks of paperwork is incredibly beneficial. Although I haven't had the opportunity to utilize the reminder system yet, I recognize it as a valuable addition to the software. Moreover, during my initial month of using the program, I have been genuinely impressed by the quality of customer support provided. I was pleasantly surprised by a proactive phone call notifying us about a new computer worm circulating, which made me feel that your team genuinely cares about their users' well-being rather than just acquiring new customers and moving on. This level of engagement and concern is refreshing and adds to my overall positive experience with PAWS.
Description
VPR's client information sheets are both educational and practical, equipping pet owners with essential knowledge. The language used has been intentionally "softened" to alleviate any concerns that might alarm clients. To safeguard your practice, it is crucial to inform clients about potential side effects and drug interactions. Enhancing client service involves communicating necessary precautions and possible interactions effectively. Often, feedback from well-informed clients can help avert future issues. The veterinary sector is encountering an increasingly knowledgeable and demanding clientele. Today's veterinary practices can no longer take for granted that pet owners will simply accept that side effects and interactions are inevitable. Pet owners are now more willing than ever to invest in their pets' health and expect a standard of care comparable to that provided by human healthcare professionals. With the rise in awareness, drug companies and veterinary practices are facing numerous lawsuits related to side effects, drug interactions, and the absence of informed consent, underscoring the importance of thorough communication. It is essential for veterinary practices to adapt to these expectations to maintain trust and ensure the best outcomes for their clients and patients alike.
