Created for personal use by a Request for Proposal (RFP) Project Manager, the RFP Evaluation Team Software, developed in Microsoft Access, is currently undergoing Beta Testing. Users can input ratings and feedback into the system independently and at any point leading up to the meeting. This allows Evaluation Team Meetings to concentrate on business issues that exhibit discrepancies in ratings or have specific comments from team members. The Software generates a Weighted Cross-Referenced Evaluation Criteria, allowing for mathematical calculations that categorize Business Issues into Major and Minor segments. Additionally, team members have the option to bypass topics outside their area of expertise. The system intelligently computes weights based on the rated issues and the number of team members who assessed each issue, ensuring a fair and balanced evaluation process.
