We charge no fees for tickets sold at the box office, while online ticketing incurs a fee of 12.5% of the final ticket price, capped at a maximum of $2.50 per ticket. Additionally, customers will not incur delivery fees for eTickets, which are provided in PDF format. For those who prefer mail-order fulfillment, we offer a delivery fee of $5 per order, should the customer opt for this service. Venues that sell over 3,000 tickets annually can take advantage of our no-cost equipment lease. Staff photograph found property, scan delivery labels, issue QR checkroom tickets, lend equipment and sign visitors in without installing an app. Guest and staff records share one workspace, team roles and audit history. vFound AI turns photos and labels into draft records, searches for likely matches, translates messages and helps check claims, while staff approve every action. The suite includes unlimited team members and records, CSV reports, signed handovers, public and private guest pages, twelve guest languages, channel alerts, a REST API and signed webhooks. Prices are per product and per venue, billed yearly. The selected products start with one shared 14-day trial after a valid card is added.
