Description
Mailform allows you to oversee a small team or company account, making it easier to organize your online mail while enjoying tailored pricing options. Designed for collaboration, Mailform empowers groups and businesses to collectively and remotely handle their mail. To get started, simply click “Sign Up” located in the upper right corner of the Mailform homepage to establish a free account without any minimum requirements or commitments. After that, navigate to the Teams section to invite your colleagues to join. With Mailform, sending physical mail online becomes a seamless process, eliminating the need for extensive training for new team members. Just send them an invitation, and with a few clicks, they can join the team and begin sending mail right away. If you have temporary team members, it’s easy to add them; once their access is no longer needed, you can remove them while retaining the order history. Additionally, you won’t have to sift through countless emails or cluttered file cabinets to track mail, as all your orders are conveniently stored in your team dashboard, ensuring you have quick access to important information at any time. This streamlined approach makes Mailform the go-to solution for efficient mail management in a team setting.
