IT teams, MSPs, and network engineers use Obkio to gain complete visibility into network performance, whether it's happening in the office, across a hybrid workforce, or in the cloud. Obkio is a Network Performance Monitoring (NPM), observability, and diagnostics platform that works by deploying lightweight monitoring agents at any location, with no special hardware required. These agents continuously measure latency, jitter, packet loss, and bandwidth, while running Visual Traceroutes to map performance across the full network path. The platform covers SD-WAN, MPLS, and VoIP/UC monitoring, along with visibility into multi-site and distributed networks. Application performance monitoring (APM) rounds out the picture with HTTP, Web, and Teams-based synthetic tests. A standout feature, Obkio Insight, automates root-cause diagnostics, quickly showing whether a problem sits within the internal network, with an ISP, or with a third-party provider, backed by concrete performance data. Because it deploys in minutes, Obkio gives teams fast answers instead of raw data to sift through.
