IT teams, MSPs, and network engineers use Obkio to gain complete visibility into network performance, whether it's happening in the office, across a hybrid workforce, or in the cloud. Obkio is a Network Performance Monitoring (NPM), observability, and diagnostics platform that works by deploying lightweight monitoring agents at any location, with no special hardware required. These agents continuously measure latency, jitter, packet loss, and bandwidth, while running Visual Traceroutes to map performance across the full network path.

The platform covers SD-WAN, MPLS, and VoIP/UC monitoring, along with visibility into multi-site and distributed networks. Application performance monitoring (APM) rounds out the picture with HTTP, Web, and Teams-based synthetic tests. A standout feature, Obkio Insight, automates root-cause diagnostics, quickly showing whether a problem sits within the internal network, with an ISP, or with a third-party provider, backed by concrete performance data.

    Super product for Network monitoring and performance analysis

    Summary: Very satisfied with the product. I wish this product existed before, would have solved many troubleshooting hours in the past.

    Positive: - Easy to setup and configure.
    - A product I wish existed a long time ago.
    - Great for VOIP troubleshooting.
    - You pay for what you use, no surprises. You can add an agent to a remote computer and see where the problem resides and then remove it at very low cost.
    - Good variety agents available (we had one for our all external products).
    - You can dive into complex investigations very easily.
    - Great Dashboards and state of the Network
    - Able to be pro-active when network issues arise.
    - Great team for sales and support.

    Negative: Nothing so far I can think of, like I said very easy to use and very powerful.

    Summary: I think this is a nice add-on to anyone working in IT, especially with VoIP.
    You get a lot of different metrics with live updates and a nice dashboard you can manage to showcase the information you need.

    The "insider view" of your network

    Summary: This product is one of the more relevant one I have used regarding the monitoring and troubleshooting of our MPLS network.

    Positive: The platform has a very complete interface. You can access loads of relevant data that helps you have an "insider view" of your network performance and potential problems.

    Negative: As with most software that gives you that much information, getting around at first is a bit cumbersome.
