Description
We provide a comprehensive end-to-end solution for Telecom Expense Management, starting from the receipt of Client telecom invoices all the way to creating Journals with designated cost center allocations for seamless direct journal integration into our Clients' accounting systems. The invoices related to Client telecoms can be sent to Temis in various formats, whether paper, electronic, or a mix of both. This streamlines the administrative and processing tasks for Clients, allowing essential personnel to focus on other important duties. The team at Temis enters the billing information into our advanced software, and our database is regularly updated with information regarding new hires and departures, typically sourced from the Client’s HR system. This enables us to keep track of new employees as well as those who have exited the organization. By doing so, we minimize the time spent on Client administration while enhancing the precision of our reporting, thus promoting a more informed decision-making process. Furthermore, this efficient management of telecom expenses ultimately contributes to optimizing overall operational efficiency for our Clients.
