Acquisitions and dispositions are entered from any browser, in as many books as the business needs (consignment, gunsmithing, pawn, NFA). ATF Form 4473 is completed on a tablet or computer and the NICS response is recorded with it. Every correction keeps the original entry and the reason, and the full book exports for an ATF inspection. Barcode scanning, per-user permissions, spreadsheet import, a REST API and webhooks are included. Pricing follows the size of the business: dealer tiers by annual acquisitions start at $8 a month, with separate plans for C&R collectors, manufacturers and importers, and a 30-day trial on every plan.
