Residents or on-site staff members can easily scan a QR sticker and submit a single photograph, and within approximately ten seconds, the property manager receives a Triage Profile that details the nature of the issue, its urgency level (categorized as EMERGENCY, TODAY, THIS WEEK, or WHENEVER), the appropriate trade to contact, and instructions to relay to the resident in both English and Spanish.
This system operates seamlessly alongside existing platforms like Buildium and AppFolio, delivering responses via email in a prioritized queue that sorts issues from most critical to least urgent, or through an API which prepares the information in advance for the work order you choose to initiate.
