Kimoby is an innovative Service Lane Operating System designed specifically for the service departments of automotive dealerships. This platform streamlines a wide range of functions, including two-way texting, inspections, AI-generated estimates with customer approval in a single tap, digital estimates, mobile payments, payment terminals for in-person transactions, management of loaner fleets, a Voice AI agent for handling missed calls, customer satisfaction follow-ups, and marketing campaigns.
Furthermore, Kimoby seamlessly integrates with various systems such as CDK (with write-back capabilities), Reynolds and Reynolds, PBS, Tekion, DealerTrack, Autosoft, Serti, Dealer Vu, and Quorum, ensuring that any customer approval or payment is automatically recorded in the DMS repair order.
Currently, more than 1,000 dealerships in both the United States and Canada utilize Kimoby, which has been recognized as an approved vendor by the BMW Activities Fund and features exclusive integration with the myBMW app. It is also certified by VW eConnect and CMC, and qualifies under the Ford Commitment Program.

Ringlead Automotive ensures that every online lead is connected to a live salesperson in less than 60 seconds, eliminating the need for a CRM queue or any manual callbacks. This means your sales team engages with potential customers before they even have a chance to reach out to competitors.
Upon the arrival of a lead, the designated salesperson receives a phone call accompanied by a whisper message detailing the customer's name and the vehicle they are interested in. Each interaction is recorded, transcribed, and evaluated by AI, which assigns a grade from A to F based on performance metrics, highlighting any missed appointments, unresolved objections, or inadequate greetings automatically.
The platform was developed by a team of former general managers and general sales managers who have analyzed over 50,000 calls and facilitated more than 20,000 automotive transactions. It seamlessly integrates with more than 30 different CRMs, including popular options like VinSolutions, ELEAD, DealerSocket, DriveCentric, CDK, and Tekion, among others.
