It also provides filters and reports. It provides a complete solution for keeping a backup of Exchange and Lotus Notes, Outlook as well as Office 365, Amazon Workmail, SharePoint, and Office 365. This tool allows Exchange administrators to easily save their Exchange data to Outlook PST format. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to back up Exchange data at any location. This advanced tool allows users to backup all Exchange mailboxes including shared mailboxes, public mailboxes, and archive mailboxes. It can back up Office 365 shared mailboxes as well as public folders to PST files. Our tool will backup all emails in the Gmail App. The backup file will contain all folders in your mailbox, including trash, sent, and others.
