The HR software is well-structured and easy to use. Training is unnecessary and increases employee acceptance. This reduces stress for all involved in HR work. The HR software is flexible enough to allow for customization of HR processes, roles and rights. This allows for HR processes to become much more automated. The support team is responsive to all inquiries and very competent. The customer advisors have many years of experience and provide expert and technical advice. They are active in supporting the implementation, use, and maintenance of the HR software. All employees can access the HR software via their smartphone, tablet, or desktop. Employee Self-Service allows employees to view their payslips, change their address, and apply for vacation without needing HR support.

We are committed to ensuring that all our customers enjoy a successful experience with our offerings. To facilitate this, we have launched a new program called “Get started” with DPO Advisor. We warmly invite all our clients to join us for a "Get started" online meeting, where we will focus on how to effectively utilize DPO Advisor and take the first steps in using the system. These sessions will take place on the last Thursday of every month from 10 to 11 AM. While the meetings are primarily designed for new users or those who have yet to fully engage with DPO Advisor, everyone is welcome to attend and benefit from the discussion. Our goal is to reduce administrative hurdles and optimize human resources so that time and energy can be directed toward actions that foster progress and tangible results. We achieve this by developing intuitive software solutions that eliminate the need for cumbersome spreadsheets and lengthy forms, ensuring that legal language is accessible. Through DPO Advisor and similar products, we empower users to easily and clearly attain the security they need. Ultimately, we believe that by simplifying processes, we can enhance user satisfaction and drive meaningful outcomes.
