Users have the ability to see their own active and recently resolved incidents, enabling them to track their status and optionally provide updates or messages related to those incidents. Additionally, they can download documents, files, and fixes made available through the File Download Manager feature of CustomerFirst, enhancing their ability to resolve issues efficiently.
