JustFill is a web app for completing PDF forms of any kind: fillable PDFs, flat PDFs without form fields, and scanned paper forms. Its AI locates text fields, checkboxes and character-box fields, so values can be typed in, placed from pasted text, or merged from a spreadsheet. For PDF mail merge, import an Excel or CSV file with one record per row, check how columns map to fields, preview each record and download the approved PDFs as a ZIP. Layouts reviewed once are kept as templates for repeat jobs, and the same engine is available through a REST API, an n8n node and an MCP server. Pricing starts with a free plan that includes one clean download, a $7 seven-day pass for 25 clean PDFs, and subscriptions from $19 per month.
