Hosts keep Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com bookings in a single calendar, take direct bookings with online payments on their own booking page, send cleaners checklists that come back with time-stamped photos, and share a mobile guest guide that guests open by link or QR code. The same guide prints as a Welcome Book. Hosts can also sell add-ons like early check-in to their own guests and track income and expenses.
