Description

This service is accessible to everyone, but it proves especially advantageous for professionals who frequently engage with the courts or rely on court information essential for their operations. To sustain its offerings, Doxpop relies entirely on the financial contributions of its registered users, who are charged a nominal fee for enhanced features. This funding model enables Doxpop to deliver a variety of services tailored to diverse user needs, while ensuring that taxpayers, who may only occasionally utilize the system, are not financially burdened. By prioritizing user contributions, Doxpop can continue to innovate and expand its services for all.

Description

Our innovative browser-based case management system stands out from its competitors due to its design as a fully customizable "business processing engine," intended to serve as the core for document management and electronic filing solutions utilized by trial and appellate courts, as well as prosecutor and public defender offices, among other governmental entities, such as probation departments and various state and county administrations. The eCourt platform offers flexibility in deployment, allowing it to be hosted either on-premises or in the cloud via Amazon Web Services (AWS). Accessing eCourt and eCourtPublic requires only a web browser—such as Internet Explorer (version 10 or higher), Chrome, or Firefox—making it easily reachable from desktops, laptops, smartphones (including iPhone and Android devices), and tablets (like iPad and Galaxy). The system features a user-friendly graphical interface that is inherently compatible with touch screens, enhancing the user experience. Furthermore, eCourt is not tied to any specific database technology, allowing for the use of various options like Microsoft SQL or Oracle, and it accommodates your preferred technological setups, including Citrix. This adaptability ensures that eCourt can meet the diverse needs of its users across different platforms and systems.
