Description
mobileX-Dispatch displays all resources, the current planning overview and system messages to the dispatcher in one place. You can personalize your view and have orders displayed on a map, calendar, Gantt chart or list. MobileX-dispatch uses the order information to determine the skills required for the job. The dispatcher can see who is available to complete the job by looking at the list of qualified technicians. The map view shows the dispatcher which technician is closest to the job. The dispatcher can schedule the appointment with the customer using the module "appointment". mobileX-Dispatch allows dispatchers to view all possible execution dates in a tabular format. The dispatcher can assign priority to the parameters "additional travel times", "utilization" or "appointment".
