Enhance team support by establishing quantifiable quarterly objectives and practices that foster improved working conditions, recognizing that individual therapy and self-care strategies alone may fall short. Team members engage in a research-backed well-being evaluation that assesses five key areas: mental health, physical wellness, purpose, social connections, and personal growth, which sheds light on the deeper factors affecting their current well-being. These assessments are entirely confidential, ensuring that individual results remain private and secure. The anonymized well-being data gathered from these evaluations helps to pinpoint the collective strengths and vulnerabilities of the team, as well as their root causes. Subsequently, Quan facilitates discussions between managers and teams on a quarterly basis regarding overall well-being, empowering them to prioritize specific areas for improvement and cultivate the psychological safety necessary for candid conversations about their work practices.
