Description
CoreLog is an advanced application designed for log analysis and petrophysical modeling, utilizing established industry models to assess the petrophysical characteristics of wells. It computes various essential properties, including porosity, permeability, and shale volume, either by specific zones or overall well analysis. Users benefit from a seamless and effective interface for importing data, transforming it, visualizing and plotting information, and subsequently exporting it for further application. The platform stands out with its powerful data visualization features, which facilitate straightforward interpretation and adjustment of the information presented. Additionally, CoreLog empowers users to generate markers and define zones, tailor plots to their requirements, and either print or export their findings easily. The information is organized in an intuitive layout, featuring tabbed views, tables, and tree structures, all contributing to enhanced user efficiency and productivity. Furthermore, the application's design encourages a streamlined workflow, making it suitable for both novice and experienced users in the field.
Description
The assessment of various quality control attributes across different windows, along with their combinations, is crucial for effective data analysis. This includes interactive maps for common source/common receiver/CMP attributes, a CMP fold map, and a location map, all of which are fully synchronized with each other and the seismic display; the active template is emphasized, highlighting the SP, RP, and CMP of the trace currently under observation. Real-time quality control enables immediate monitoring of data quality as it is being collected, allowing for prompt decision-making and resolution of any issues. A comprehensive suite of industry-standard algorithms is available for thorough data processing, which includes processes such as vibroseis correlation, trace editing, band-pass and FK filtering, Radon transforms, FX and FXY deconvolutions, TFD noise reduction, amplitude corrections, deconvolutions, interactive velocity assessments, statics adjustments, NMO corrections, regularization, stacking, and both pre-stack and post-stack time migrations. By utilizing these advanced tools, data integrity and accuracy can be significantly enhanced throughout the entire seismic data processing workflow.
